En 2007, Bouygues Immobilier Belgium a mis en commercialisation 3 opérations totalisant 180 appartements sur Bruxelles et a livré une opération de 54 logements..
La filiale belge poursuit son développement avec la maîtrise de terrains représentant plus de 380 logements, dont des opérations dans les régions wallonnes et flamandes.
En immobilier d’entreprise, Bouygues Immobilier Belgium a obtenu les permis socio-économiques sur 2 projets représentant environ 30 000 m² et un permis d’urbanisme (équivalent du permis de construire) pour une première opération de bureaux de 5 400m² à Auderghem.

In 2007, Bouygues Immobilier Belgium started to market three projects in Brussels totalling 180 apartments and delivered a 54-apartment project.

The company is continuing to expand and has acquired sites for more than 380 housing units in both the French-speaking and Dutch-speaking parts of the country.

In the commercial property segment, Bouygues Immobilier Belgium has obtained administrative authorisation for two projects representing about 30,000 sq. metres and planning permission for a first 5,400-sq.-metre office project in Auderghem.

Bright prospects for 2008

With the start of marketing on four projects in 2008, Bouygues Immobilier Belgium continues to flourish.

The Fiat-Delta project in Auderghem is an ambitious development that combines 5,400 sq. metres of office space, a new pilot showroom for Fiat and a 190-unit residential project.

The Highlands project (www.highlands.be) in Genval, south-east of Brussels, is a high-quality development offering exceptional homes.

Further afield, Bouygues Immobilier Belgium is about to embark on the Quai Mativa project in central Liège, its first residential development outside the Brussels area.
