An ambition

Its ambition is to become a key player on the Warsaw residential property market and an innovative operator in the office segment.

A key player on the Warsaw residential property market

Since its inception, Bouygues Immobilier Polska has completed ten programmes totalling over 1,300 housing units. In 2010, it launched three new developments, Villa Arte, Villa Parc and Villa Création, comprising 283 units, and it has acquired land representing about 800 units.
The key to the company's success lies in offering innovative products suited to demand, thanks to a local team backed by the expertise of an international group. For example, Bouygues Immobilier Polska was the first property developer in Poland to offer finished apartments as an additional service under the Atelier brand, the usual practice being to deliver them without fixtures or fittings.

An innovative player on the office market

Drawing on the expertise of an international group and local staff, Bouygues Immobilier Polska can offer its customers, whether users or investors, innovative solutions that meet local and international standards. For example, it has been asked to build a new headquarters for telecom firm TPSA in Warsaw, a project representing over 40,000 sq. m., scheduled for delivery in 2013.
