When first established in 1990, Bouygues Inmobiliaria operated as a commercial property developer and very quickly completed a number of major projects, including the Tarragona Tower in Barcelona, the Trianon and Milenium buildings in Madrid and, more recently, the 100,000-sq.-metre Cristalia Business Park.

2009: Major deliveries despite tough conditions
In 2009, Bouygues Inmobiliaria strengthened its position in Madrid with:
- the delivery of two office projects, a 5,000-sq.-metre building in the Julián Camarillo district and a 10,000-sq.-metre building for AMA, a Spanish insurance company, in the Campo de las Naciones district;
- the start of work on the final phase of the Cristalia project, an 11,000-sq.-metre development for the German investment fund DEKA;
- the delivery of a major 238-unit holiday apartment development.
