The environment: a constant concern

As a responsible developer, Bouygues Immobilier pays particular attention to the architectural quality of its projects and their environmental impact. Its responsibility is expressed through constructive dialogue with local and regional authorities.

Its "Sixth Sense" commercial development project is entirely typical of the company's approach. The building has been designed according to Feng Shui principles, which involve choosing the best possible interactions between colours, forms and materials according to environmental factors in order to generate the energies most favourable to corporate activity.
Bouygues Immobilier develops a new project: WOODstock, 35,000 m² of offices, respectfull for environnement thanks for  an approach which privilegiates wood material.

Respect for the environment is also a key priority for Bouygues Immobilier's residential projects. The Domaine de Beaumanière at Dardilly, a suburb of Lyon, won Silver Pyramid awards for best project in the region and for sustainable development.
