Sustainable development guides our activities
From the outset, Bouygues Immobilier has understood the importance of carrying out residential projects that respect the environment.
Since 1 July 2007, the company has been committed to obtaining Habitat & Environment certification for all its residential programmes from Cerqual, which is an independent body and subsidiary of Qualitel.
On 1 July 2010, Bouygues passed a new milestone by deciding to seek “NF Logement BBC-Effinergie” low-energy certification for all its new residential programmes.
In 2011, the Alsace regional office was once again awarded the GRDF (Gaz Réseau Distribution France) prize for the Les Portes de l’Ecopole residential development in Strasbourg at the Pyramides d’Argent ceremony.
However, we received our biggest accolade from our customers when they notified less than one snag per housing unit at delivery for the Cap Plein residential development, which is located on a magnificent site on the edge of the River Rhine at Huningue.
