Responsible architecture

Bouygues Immobilier, a multi-specialist and innovative developer, pays particular attention to the architectural, environmental and ecological quality of its projects. The Haguenau and Le Hameau des Coteaux centre of town projects in Obernai are excellent examples of this approach as it is applied in the Eastern Region. Le Hameau des Coteaux is expected to provide 67 dwellings in 2008 and won a prize in the sustainable housing category at the Pyramides d'Or 2006. The project emerged from a close partnership with the town and demonstrates Bouygues Construction's skills in architectural and environmental quality.

Permanent innovation

The Eastern Region is synonymous with innovation, a value that Bouygues Construction holds particularly dear. The 'squares' in Pfastatt result from research into a variety of housing concepts. The Sierentz project is an equally innovative response to the towns' requirement for assisted housing

In a short period of time, Bouygues Immobilier has been able to show its ability to carry out complex projects in the Eastern Region. The establishment of productive partnerships and our involvement in competitions (the success of the Piper-Heidsieck project in Champagne, for example, have shown that Bouygues Immobilier has the capacity to be a local, modern and responsible developer, working for the well-being of everyone.
