-
Supporting the recovery of the commercial property market
Bouygues Immobilier is using its market leadership to expand its stock of office developments in the Ile-de-France and the major provincial cities of France. Working as partners alongside our clients, we create innovative working environments of great architectural quality. Sustainable development and HQE ®

This means developing every area of the business (commercial property, retail parks and residential property) throughout the Iberian peninsula.
-
Becoming a major player in the Polish residential market
Bouygues Immobilier aims to become the leading player in the Warsaw market and throughout Poland.
|
-
Extending our scope in Belgium

-
Expanding into new countries
For Bouygues Immobilier, the most important aspect of setting up operations in a new country is to become a permanent part of the local economic fabric and recruit local staff.
Setting the standard for sustainable development
Bouygues Immobilier aims to be the benchmark property developer in terms of sustainable development:
-
First French property developer to undertake to seek Habitat & Environment certification for all residential property programmes. The initiative covers all applications for planning permission submitted since July 2007.
In the commercial property sector, High Environmental Quality (HQE®) certification is sought for all major office developments.
-
Bouygues Immobilier is at the cutting edge of innovation with the development of projects such as Green Office®, the first large-scale positive-energy building. Green Office includes the latest technologies (solar panels, biomass combined heat and power system fuelled by wood). In operation, it will produce more energy than it will consume. The project is a technological test bed and will enable the company to work with the CSTB to define broad outlines for positive-energy standards.
Consolidating company profitability
Bouygues Immobilier is committed to maintaining the profitability of its assets and the health of its financial status by:
|
-
improving product design,
-
