Bouygues Immobilier

A home: surely the ultimate wedding present? - 19 March 2008

Mariés Bouygues Immobilier

Bouygues Immobilier has just signed a partnership agreement with 1001 listes, the French wedding list service.

Why? Well, couples can now put their marital home on the list!

Partnership agreement

1001 listes gives engaged couples the opportunity to put together a multi-brand, multi-store wedding list. They could already list travel, furniture, sports equipment, crockery, home decoration and electrical appliances… but now they can add property as well!

From now on, couples can use all or part of the gift value contained in their wedding list to buy a Bouygues Immobilier house or apartment.
Bouygues Immobilier will double the amount of contributions made*, up to a limit of €5,000, in the form of a discount. A useful helping hand for first-time buyers !

Here’s an example of how it works :
Pauline and Marc want to devote €5,000 of their wedding list to buying a Bouygues Immobilier apartment. Bouygues Immobilier agrees to match their contribution with a further €5,000. Pauline and Marc therefore have €10,000 to add to their own savings when they buy their own first home…

*This contribution is made by Bouygues Immobilier in the form of a reduction on the price of a new home in France, excluding the DOM-TOM and Corsica, and excluding joint-development schemes. This offer may not be combined with any other promotional offer.

Good to know

Bouygues Immobilier offers a special payment schedule for 1001 listes customers. No money is payable at the time of reservation, and only 25% of the purchase price is required when signing the contract.

The balance is then payable as construction work progresses.
