Your sales advisor is your point of contact up to the reservation stage
Bouygues Immobilier sales advisors work in sales agencies and offices, and are there to discuss your needs and provide you with information about the developments you’re interested in.
They’ll show you the plans and answer any questions you may have about the locality, the range of properties available and the services offered.
Together, you’ll sign the reservation contract for your future home, and your sales advisor will explain every stage of your purchase, from reservation to handover.
Your customer advisor helps you personalise your house or apartment
Your customer advisor will contact you after you have signed the reservation contract and is your dedicated point of contact until you take possession of your new property. He or she can help you at every stage, particularly the crucial one of preparing your property loan application.
If you wish, your customer advisor will work with you to change the internal layout of your property (partition walls, power sockets, storage units, etc.).
You’ll also make site visits together to check that your specification is being fully implemented, and when the great day arrives, it’s your sales advisor that will hand you the keys to your new house or apartment!

Our showrooms give you the opportunity to view all the finishes available for your new property: some are included in the price, whilst others are optional extras. Kitchen, bathroom, fireplace, storage… our advisors are there to work with you these and many other features to make sure you have the right interior for your lifestyle!
