Bouygues Immobilier designs favor natural lighting and homes are equipped with low-consumption devices. This allows you to achieve approximately 10% savings on your energy bill compared to a standard new home (2005 thermal regulations). Through its water consumption limiting system, you can also cut up to 50% off your water bill.

Habitat & Environment certified homes have a particularly favorable energy balance. A sign of quality that will clearly make the subsequent sale of your home all the easier. It also allows you to anticipate any toughening of environmental laws.
Good to know: since 1 November 2006, all sales of existing homes, and every new home whose building permit has been registered after 30 June 2007, require an "energy efficiency diagnosis". This is a professional evaluation of the home's energy consumption and its contribution to the greenhouse effect

The public areas of your new home have been equipped for waste sorting, allowing you to contribute towards recycling. Your awareness of green gestures and ecologically responsible behavior will allow you to help preserve the planet.

L’Orée des Elfes (Bouffémont, Val d’Oise) is one of Bouygues Immobilier's first programs with H&E certification. Its design and construction were carried out under the watchful eye of an H&E supervisor, assisted by an environmental design office. Pride of place was given to natural materials, and wood in particular, both for exteriors and interiors.
In compliance with H&E certification, a clean building site was set up: material sorting skips, truck cleaning area, timers to cut off the electricity on nights and weekends, filters on all machines to reduce dust emissions...

 The Habitat & Environment certification is given by CERQUAL, a subsidiary of the QUALITEL association. It is a full certification based on 7 environmental requirements, notably including the building's environmental efficiency, the teaching of eco-friendly behavior to the occupants and the reduction of pollution on the building site.
To obtain this certification at least 6 of the 7 criteria must be met, 3 of them being compulsory (environmental management of the operation, power saving and greenhouse effect reduction, environmentally-friendly gestures).

The Habitat & Environment certification is a voluntary action for Bouygues Immobilier: it is not required by law!
