L'Atria (33)

L'Atria is a 108-unit development, including 25 social housing units managed by Foncière Logement, situated on Bordeaux's right bank and designed by the architect Christian de Portzamparc. As well as contributing to the renewal of the neighbourhood, the project combines architectural quality with outstanding practical and functional features, including generous outside space and north-south or east-west orientation.

L'Atria, which has Habitat & Environment certification, won the regional sustainable development prize and the top regional prize at the 2008 Pyramides awards organised by the French Developers and Builders Federation.
