AN IN-DEPTH REDEVELOPMENT
The three higher levels have been removed so that the block is no longer covered by the "Immeuble de Grande Hauteur" ("Very High Building") legislation. The roof is slanted, preserving the original height of the façade giving onto Boulevard Auguste Blanqui. The rear of the building, meanwhile, is pitched. The main building has been enlarged to offer more practical office space. Lateral extensions have been built to make up for the lost floors.
