Perched on the quai Panhard-Levassor along the Seine and next to the old flour hall, this building has been designed to capture light. The façade builds a regular design motif of inset dwellings and plays on the reflections of the materials, the sombre grey of the granite, the bright coating of the party walls and the glass of the high glass bays which open onto the city.
