The challenge was to design a people-oriented neighbourhood, provide a balance between buildings and green areas and combine all the features of a town. Dream up profound architectural diversity in order to offer genuine urban variation.
To inject rhythm into the town, the corners have been stamped with towers, rotundas, domes, pointed roofs and a chromatic play of brick and stone.
