La Berge du Lac

The exceptionally-scaled La Berge du Lac programme occupies an over 30 ha site. Its innovative architecture and housing types will make it one of Bordeaux’s most cutting edge “eco-districts”.
This new 5000-resident district boasts many public scholastic, socio-cultural and sport facilities and is backed by a network of shops and community services. It will adopt a priority focus on sustainable development through reasonable management of resources (water, energy) and the widespread use of renewable energy (wood biomass, solar, geothermal, etc.).
