HUMAN BUILDING – a Bouygues Immobilier concept. The decision to place the building around the occupant rather than the occupant inside the building. Spaces designed to give complete freedom of movement. The ideal creative environment for innovation, decision-making, proactiveness, movement.
 
The architects succeeded in giving this apartment block its own identity making it stand out clearly from the surrounding buildings. “The building is a real urban landmark,” emphasizes Bruno Willerval. With its entirely glazed curtain-wall façades, in transparent green glass with opaque areas at the flagstone level, Exaltis is reminiscent of a light, transparent prism, a glass jewel. The appearance of the building changes depending on the angle from which it is looked at. On the east-west sides, the wide sweep of the gables, curved along their entire length, accentuates the individual identity of the building created by the main frame. On the north-south sides, the large curved glass panels stand out from the usual plane-parallel office blocks.
