Le Jardin Victoire

The building’s special appeal is due to the perfect contrast between the sober, weathered façade, simply adorned with sliding wooden shutters and the warm internal architecture, brought to life with balconies, patios and gardens.
In the lobby, a sculpture by Philippe Mezinski called “Le bal” recalls the building’s past as a former dance hall.
