An innovative project made up of private houses sitting atop an apartment block. The apartment block is rendered in beige, the stone facing and balustrades integrating into an organic theme. The houses are painted blue with wooden shutters and pergolas. The gardens, planted with fruit trees, contribute to the overall effect.
