 “Our conviction is that the performance of Bouygues Immobilier is directly linked to the talents and skills of its people and their wellbeing.

As part of enabling its employees to express their talents, Bouygues Immobilier encourages:

    • team spirit and dialogue,
    • training (which accounts for 4% of our annual payroll) and skills development
      (through the  Booster initiative),
    • internal mobility and promotion (92% of our Regional and Country Managers have
      been promoted internally).

We listen to the expectations of our employees. An in-house survey entitled “Wellbeing and Performance” was conducted amongst all our employees in autumn 2006. It gives everyone the chance to tell us what they think about the company’s human resources policy, management and values, and the way they perceive its products and services.

We are socially-responsible, offering equal opportunities for men and women (52% and 48% respectively of the current workforce) and operating a policy of recruitment diversity.
But we still have more to do… in terms of employing disabled people, for example. And we’re working on that.

Our intention is to make Bouygues Immobilier a living and working environment in which our people are happy and feel great, because that’s the only way they can succeed as individuals and we can succeed together as a company.”
