The Bouygues Immobilier University
Bouygues Immobilier has established its own “University” to train its employees on the basis of their level of experience and the skills they need to do their jobs. Courses provided are reserved exclusively for Bouygues Immobilier staff.
Bouygues Immobilier University offers around 15 industry-focused courses, run by staff who are experts in their field, who can thereby share and transmit their knowledge.
Job-specific training
The central core of training initiatives is aimed at operational staff, with modules such as:
- sales techniques
- new technical, legal or tax regulations
- negotiation techniques
- financial statements
Management training
Many courses are designed exclusively for managers with the aim of helping them to fulfil their management functions better, whether they are responsible for a small team or have strategic responsibilities.
A special training course has been set up by Bouygues Immobilier in partnership with the Ecole de Management in Lyon, where the academic staff have designed a 3-week course spread over 6-9 months. The topics covered in the greatest depth are strategy, change management, talent development and marketing.

The themes are addressed are particularly focused on corporate strategy, for example: change management, development of talents, marketing, corporate social responsibility, etc.
Personal development training
In addition to job-specific courses, the Bouygues Immobilier University also offers a number of personal development modules :
abilities to communicate orally, manage priorities, learn a foreign language, etc.
