When you join Bouygues Immobilier, the first thing you discover is a completely new world with its own culture, structure, strategy and working methods.
On arrival, every new employee is supported by:
- their new team,
- their manager, who will guide them on a day-to-day basis and meet with them regularly to check how things are going,
- the Human Resources Department, which organises training sessions for employees at all levels (executive and non-executive) from the Ile-de-France, elsewhere in France and the wider Europe,
- A mentor, a volunteer member of staff recognized within the company to monitor and assist his/her charges for several months after their arrival.
